Check-in
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment. Appointments
begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the
appointment is shortened to allow the therapist to be on time
for the next session. Please leave your valuables at home. Rain
is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Peaceful Considerations
To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of
Rain, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to
a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.
Rain is an adult facility and available to men and women 18
years of age or older. Children 12 and older may receive services
provided they are accompanied by an adult who is also receiving
services.
Special Considerations
Please notify us upon booking if you have any problems with
allergies, ailments, disabilities or high blood pressure.
Product Return
Policy
For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or
refunds on opened products.
Jewelry and
Accessories Return Policy
All jewelry and accessories are all final sale. No refunds or
exchanges.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect year
round gift for someone special. Rain Gift Cards can also be
purchased on line at www.rainfootmassage.com for all occasions.
Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot
guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All
of our Massage Therapists and Registered Massage Therapists
are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
Clothing
Yoga slacks, tops and slippers are provided for your comfort
. Undergarments must be worn when receiving a massage.
Reservations
Appointments are made by reservations only. To secure an appointment
a credit number will be required to hold your booking.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations and changes for individual treatments are accepted
up to 24 hours prior to appointment. If you cancel without sufficient
notification your credit card will be charged 100% of the cost
of the service.
Gratuities and
Taxes
Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments.
Gratuities is recommended from 10% - 20% of the service price.
